Eligibility for Returns

• All the products are non-returnable, any return request can only be accepted if the wrong product or damaged product has been delivered.

• Return requests must be raised within 1 days of delivery.

 

How to Initiate a Return

2. Our team will verify your request and provide return instructions.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement.

 

Refund Policy

• Refund Method: Refunds are processed within 7-21 business days to the original payment method.

• Non-Refundable Items: Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us within 2 hours of delivery with photos for a resolution.
