Order Processing & Dispatch
Once an order is placed, it undergoes processing to verify payment and stock availability. We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, followed by another email once your order is shipped.
Shipping Time & Charges

Express Shipping: If available, express shipping delivers within 2-4 business days at an additional charge.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be displayed during checkout.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order value and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email/SMS. You can use this number to track your order’s progress on our logistics partner’s website. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at C@mycleanco.in.
Delivery Attempts & Issues

Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 6 hours of delivery with images of the damage. We will initiate an investigation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
